“Keto Butter Chicken Recipe” – Recipe
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Serves one
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of diced chicken breast.
1 Tbsp of minced garlic.
1 Tbsp of minced shallots.
2 tsp of minced ginger.
2 tsp of curry powder.
2 tsp of tomato paste.
1 Tbsp of butter.
2 Tbsp of heavy cream.
1/2 cup of chicken stock.
fresh cilantro for garnish.
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a pan.
Sautee the ginger, garlic, and shallots until aromatic.
Roast the tomato paste and curry powder for about a minute.
Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a simmer.
Add chicken pieces and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour in heavy cream and simmer until thick.
Top with fresh cilantro.
