“Keto-Friendly Chocolate Mousse” Recipe

Ingredients:

- Half a cup of Whipping Cream.
- 1 teaspoon to one tablespoon of Stevia, to taste.
- 1 teaspoon of unsweetened Cocoa powder.
- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened Chocolate Chips, or chopped chocolates.

- Add the whipping cream to a bowl.
- Whisk the stevia into the bowl until the texture becomes thick like the whipped cream.
- Next, add the cocoa powder.
- Then combine the mixture using a spatula.
- Lastly, add the chocolate chips. Mix again until well combined. Chill the mousse for 1 hour.
- Serve in a small cup or bowl and top it with chopped chocolates.
